We're looking for a Service Advisor who enjoys working with people, knows how to keep things organized and brings a positive attitude to work every day.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting customers and helping with their service needs.
- Listening to customer concerns and documenting repair requests.
- Explaining recommended repairs, pricing and timelines.
- Keeping customers updated throughout the service process.
- Working closely with technicians and the rest of the service team.
- Scheduling appointments and managing repair orders.
- Making sure customers leave feeling taken care of.

What we're looking for
- Great communication and people skills.
- A positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.




- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort using computers and learning new software.
- Automotive experience or knowledge is an asset.
- Previous Service Advisor experience is an asset, but we're interested in the right person, too.
