We are looking for a driven, client-focused and results-oriented Service Manager who is ready to lead our Service Department, develop a high-performing team and create an environment where both our clients and our people can succeed.
This is a unique opportunity to onboard and work closely with our current Service Manager, who will be continuing with the Audi brand in a new role. This dedicated training and transition period will provide valuable time to learn Audi processes, build relationships with our existing clientele and team, and gain a strong understanding of the department before assuming full leadership responsibility.
Our goal is to ensure a seamless and successful transition, positioning the incoming Service Manager to confidently lead the department while delivering exceptional client care, strong operational performance and accountability.

What You’ll Do As Service Manager, you will take ownership of the client experience, team performance and operational results of our Service Department.
- Create a client-centric culture focused on delivering a premium experience at every interaction
- Maintain the highest levels of Client Satisfaction and continually identify opportunities to improve the ownership experience
- Champion our three core pillars of Communication,
Convenience and Transparency (CCT) throughout the Service Department
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team focused on both the client experience and measurable results
- Lead by example, demonstrating accountability, professionalism and a strong sense of urgency
- Build strong relationships with clients and take an active role in resolving concerns and strengthening client retention
- Establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable for their individual and departmental results
- Create and execute action plans designed to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, capacity and departmental profitability
- Monitor workflow, appointment capacity, repair order management and overall shop performance
- Create opportunities for growth while maintaining strong operational standards
- Track, analyze and report departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the General Manager
- Work closely with Parts, Sales and dealership leadership to create a consistent and seamless Audi experience
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, performance and the overall client experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive Service Management or Fixed Operations leadership experience is recommended
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop people
- Strong understanding of dealership Service operations and performance metrics
- Demonstrated ability to achieve operational and financial targets
- Exceptional client relations and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to create action plans and turn strategy into measurable results
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable analyzing and reporting departmental KPIs
- Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership, accountability and urgency
- Professional leadership style suited to a premium automotive environment
- Ability to work effectively across departments as part of the dealership leadership team
- Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
