Role OverviewJas 3 Mechanical is currently seeking experienced Sheet Metal Journeymen and Apprentices (All Levels) for immediate openings. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of sheet metal ductwork and related ventilation components on various commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Journeymen: Lead the installation of commercial/industrial ductwork and ventilation systems, read and interpret blueprints, coordinate with other trades, and provide on-the-job mentorship to apprentices.
- Apprentices: Assist journeymen with ductwork assembly, hanging, and site preparation; maintain an organized work area; and actively track hours toward your license.

What You Bring

- For Journeymen:



Valid Ontario 308A Sheet Metal License (Red Seal preferred) with experience running commercial/industrial layouts independently.
- For Apprentices: Registered with Skilled Trades Ontario (or ready to sign on) with basic hand tools and a drive to learn the trade.
- For Both: Reliable transportation to local job sites, a robust safety mindset, and standard construction safety certifications (Working at Heights, WHMIS).

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
