We are seeking an organized, reliable, and hands-on Shipping & Receiving Coordinator / Warehouse Associate to manage our daily fulfillment and warehouse operations.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our order processing and receiving hub—ensuring client orders are safely packed and dispatched, verifying incoming stock deliveries, keeping inventory neatly organized, and maintaining a clean, safe work facility.

What You’ll Do

- Order Fulfillment & Outbound Shipping: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare retail and e-commerce orders for dispatch. Measure, weigh, and process package details through shipping platforms to select optimal carrier rates.
- Inbound Receiving & Verification: Receive and sign for courier packages and commercial freight. Inspect deliveries for damage, perform accurate piece counts against vendor packing slips, document discrepancies, and submit receiving paperwork promptly.
- Inventory Stocking & Organization: Stock incoming products in designated warehouse shelving and front-of-house displays with attention to detail (proper shelf alignment, clear labelling, clean aisles).
- Warehouse Care & Safety: Maintain clean, unobstructed aisles, packing stations, and exits. Break down corrugate/cardboard, coordinate daily waste and recycling, and keep packing supplies stocked and organized.
- Light Facility Upkeep:



Assist with routine facility care to ensure a safe, professional site—including basic retail area sweeping, seasonal walkway clearing/salting during winter months, and routine general maintenance tasks.

What You Bring

- Prior experience in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, order picking, or logistics.
- Familiarity with common carrier/shipping portals (e.g., Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, freight aggregators) or digital inventory platforms is a strong asset.
- Excellent attention to detail—accuracy in verifying packing slips, checking SKUs, and counting stock.
- Physical capability to stand, bend, walk, and safely lift packages up to 50 lbs throughout the day.
- A self-motivated, proactive mindset with a strong eye for cleanliness and safety.
- Proven track record of dependable punctuality and consistent daily attendance.
