SHUTTLE DRIVER / LOT ATTENDANT

Job Summary

Crown Collision Centre is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver / Lot Attendant to join our team. This full-time position supports daily operations by providing safe and professional transportation for customers and vehicles, maintaining a clean and organized lot, assisting with seasonal tire storage, and helping keep the facility safe and accessible year-round. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, comfortable working indoors and outdoors, and willing to assist wherever needed in a busy collision repair environment.

Responsibilities

· Provide courteous and professional shuttle service for customers.

· Transport customer and company vehicles to off-site vendors and sublet repair facilities.

· Move and position vehicles safely on the lot as required.

· Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and professional-looking vehicle lot.

· Remove debris and complete general lot maintenance duties.

· Retrieve and deliver tires from storage for technicians during seasonal tire change periods.

· Lift and carry tires and other materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

· Clear snow and apply salt at entrances, doors, and walkways during winter months.

· Assist with general shop and facility support duties as assigned.

· Follow all company safety policies and procedures.





· Perform other general duties as required.

Qualifications

· Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including cars, SUVs, and light trucks.

· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

· Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

· Solid customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

· Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Conditions of Employment

· Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence.

· Satisfactory Driver’s Abstract.

· Satisfactory Criminal Background Check.
