Duties

- Prepare a variety of smoothies, juices, and specialty beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Handle cash and credit card payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and cashiering procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the smoothie station, including food handling and safety standards
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about ingredients, and provide exceptional customer service




- Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure quick service without compromising quality
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques to uphold health standards

Skills

- Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for smooth transaction processing
- Strong background in the food industry, including food preparation and food service experience
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Barista experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with beverage crafting and serving techniques
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak times
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and measurement of ingredients
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail
