We are seeking dedicated and skilled Snow Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient snow removal from residential driveways, and other designated areas during winter weather conditions using a tractor with a blower. Experience isn't required but preferred. Wages will be based on experience.

Duties
- Operate tractor to clear snow from residential driveways.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for snow removal tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient snow removal operations.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management promptly.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in harsh weather conditions for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Must have a valid G driver’s license.
- On-call snow removal service
