Position Overview

We are currently hiring Snow Removal Labourers to join our winter operations team. This is a physically demanding, rapid-paced role suited for individuals who are dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to work flexible hours depending on snowfall.

Key Responsibilities

- Shovel, sweep, and clear snow from sidewalks, driveways, entrances, stairs, and pathways.
- Spread salt, sand, or ice melt to prevent slips and falls.
- Operate snow blowers, sweepers, and other snow removal equipment (training provided if needed).
- Assist with light maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Respond quickly to snow events, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team.




- Input/Use documentation software for jobs/site visits
- Operate company vehicle / equipment (Not Required, but an ASSET)
- Preform site visits ensuring safety / quality control

Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme cold and winter conditions.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing repetitive shoveling and bending.
- Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Previous snow removal or outdoor labour experience is an asset but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from worksites.
