Responsibilities:
- Operate front end loader to clear roads, parking lots, and other designated areas
- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely snow removal
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust plowing techniques as necessary - Inspect and maintain snow plow equipment to ensure proper functioning - Use smartphone application to fill out site logs - On Call 24/7 for snow events with 8-12 hours notice

Skills:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience operating loader / clearing snow
- Knowledge of snow removal techniques and safety procedures




- Ability to work in cold and challenging weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform long shifts as needed

Note: This is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may be required to perform other related duties as assigned. Pay: $35.00-$42.00 per hour
