Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Social Media Content Creator and Coordinator to elevate our brand’s online presence across multiple digital platforms. We are a competitive and recreational dance studio. Knowledge of the dance studio environment and industry is ideal as well as a criminal record check is required.

In this role, you will craft compelling content, manage social media campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to engage our target audience effectively. Your creativity and strategic mindset will drive brand awareness, foster community engagement, and support our digital marketing initiatives. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in the fast-paced world of social media and digital marketing.

Must be able to come in person to the role to take content for post creation.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement engaging social media strategies aligned with brand goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create visually appealing and on-brand content by taking photos/videos in person, in classes, on a rotating flexible schedule.
- Manage daily social media posting schedules using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, optimizing timing for maximum reach and engagement.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and improve organic reach.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and platform insights; prepare reports to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms,



targeting specific audiences for increased ROI.
- Proofread all content meticulously to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand voice before publishing.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing innovations to keep our social media presence fresh and competitive.
- Must be able to be in person a few times a week to capture content in person.

Experience

- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations in a digital marketing capacity.
- Solid graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. Ability to film and create content for engaging reels.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer (application).
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and how they apply to content creation.
- Experience running paid advertising campaigns on Facebook or other social platforms using Facebook Advertising tools.
- Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics and platform insights to evaluate campaign success.
- Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail in all written content.
- Criminal record check as we work closely with children.
