I’m a Mississauga real estate agent looking for a creative Social Media Coordinator who enjoys filming and editing long and short-form video. You’ll work directly with me to turn property visits, local insights, and everyday moments into engaging content for social media.

Your week will be divided between shoot days and editing and research days. On shoot days, you’ll travel with me to film at properties, in my car, and at locations around the GTA. On other days, you’ll edit footage, research ideas, and prepare content for publication.

Responsibilities

- Film short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Edit videos with captions, graphics, music, and strong opening hooks
- Help plan shots and suggest creative ways to present real estate topics
- Research local topics, content ideas, and social media trends
- Prepare, upload, and organize social media content
- Keep footage and projects organized so content moves from idea to publication




- Review videos and captions for accuracy before posting

What you bring
- Experience filming and editing short-form social media videos
- A good understanding of what makes people stop scrolling and watch
- Confidence filming in different environments, including properties and on the go
- Solid organization and the ability to manage your work independently
- A proactive attitude, creative ideas, and a willingness to learn

Real estate experience is helpful but not required. I provide the filming equipment, including an iPhone, gimbal, microphones, and lights.
