The Redpath Centre is a leading private mental health practice specializing in autism and neurodevelopmental conditions across the lifespan. Beyond clinical care, we engage in research, stakeholder education, and systemic advocacy. Located at Yonge and Eglinton in Toronto, we serve clients in Toronto and across Ontario through our Affiliate Program.

We are seeking senior clinicians with specialized expertise in autism and mental health to join our Toronto practice. Candidates can tailor their caseload to focus on autistic children, youth, or adults based on their preference. Applicants must have advanced clinical skills with this population, supported by at least five years of post-graduate experience.

Position Requirements:





· Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Occupational Therapy

· Registration in good standing with the appropriate Ontario Regulatory College

· Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience with neurodivergent individuals

· Advanced knowledge of social-emotional needs and supports for autistic individuals

· Post-graduate training in therapeutic interventions tailored to neurodiversity

· Strong communication and practice management skills
