General The Software Developer is responsible for the full-cycle design, development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of a software platform used by company field personnel, and project managers. The platform must provide personnel with offline functionality, allowing access to project drawings, specifications, documents, forms, and other job-related information, as well as the capacity to upload documents while working in areas with no internet connectivity.

The Software Developer will work closely with senior management, IT, project management, foremen, and field personnel to understand operational requirements and develop practical, user-friendly technology solutions.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities

- Responsible for the full-cycle design, development, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of a software platform with offline functionality
- Develop user-friendly functionality for accessing, reviewing, uploading, organizing, and managing drawings, specifications, documents,



photographs, forms, manuals, and other project information.
- Develop user permissions, access controls, integrations, and other functionality to support company operations.
- Troubleshoot software issues, bugs, performance concerns, and synchronization problems and implement timely solutions.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and technologies, with the ability to leverage AI to support coding, debugging, testing, research, and problem-solving.
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance to users as required.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong understanding of offline-first application development, data synchronization, and local storage
- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection principles.
