The Role

As a Dishwasher at Soi Thaifoon, you keep the kitchen moving. You are responsible for washing and sanitizing all dishes, cookware, and utensils, maintaining a clean kitchen environment, and supporting the team with basic prep and cleaning tasks. This is a physically active role that is perfect for someone who takes pride in hard work, wants to be part of a tight-knit team, and is interested in growing into a Cook position over time.

What You Will Do

- Wash and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Operate and maintain the commercial dishwashing machine
- Keep the dish pit area clean, organized, and free of standing water
- Empty garbage and recycling bins and replace liners throughout the shift




- Sweep and mop kitchen floors, clean walls and shelving as needed
- Assist with basic food prep tasks when the kitchen needs support (peeling, portioning, stocking)
- Receive and organize deliveries, breaking down boxes and storing items properly
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- Support end-of-day deep cleaning and closing duties

- Comfortable standing for extended periods, working in wet/hot conditions, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- No previous experience required — we will train you
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
