Must have experience in middle eastern cuisine. Must be familiar with the Toronto dining scene. Must be prepared to handle all orders alone during the day when business is quieter. Must have a team player mindset and a commitment to cleanliness. Experience organizing a line and maintaining stock levels is an asset.
