The Role

- Design, build, and scale a modern platform using TypeScript, Node.js, React, and GraphQL

- Architect scalable solutions and build integrations to streamline various processes

- Mentor team members while remaining hands-on in development

- Own projects end-to-end, solving complex technical challenges autonomously

What You'll Need

- 10+ years of software development experience

- Strong expertise in TypeScript and Node.js for backend services

- Professional experience with React for front-end development

- Proven ability to design scalable software architectures and integrations

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders

- Experience with GraphQL and AI-assisted development tools is a plus
