Job Summary

Central West Project Management Inc. is seeking a skilled framer with experience in commercial tenant improvement projects. This role is ideal for a reliable, detail-oriented tradesman who takes pride in quality work and thrives in fast-paced renovation environments.

Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately assemble steel framing components
- Measure, cut, and assemble steel studs and tracks using hand tools and power tools to meet project specifications.
- Install drywall, siding, and other interior or exterior wall systems on framing structures.
- Install doors and commercial door hardware.




- Experience mudding and taping drywall an asset..
- Installation of Tbar ceiling and ceiling tiles.

Requirements

- Proven construction experience with a focus on framing, carpentry, or related trades.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment safely and efficiently.
- Experience with drywall installation, siding, concrete forming, or restoration work is a plus.
- Capable of heavy lifting and working at heights or in physically demanding environments.
- Must be able to work evenings as weekends as required with advanced notice.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and construction site procedures.
- Valid class 5 driver’s licence.

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
