Dollarama is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales goals. This role acts as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence, with responsibilities spanning staffing, merchandising, cash handling, and safety compliance.

You will train and coach employees, conduct performance evaluations, and lead the team to meet KPIs in a fast-paced workplace.
