AEO is seeking a full time Store Team Leader in Kelowna, BC to run the store like a personal business.

You'll coach and develop a high-performing team, drive sales, manage the guest experience to meet brand standards, and own the store's P&L; with smart scheduling and inventory control.

You'll lead with integrity, recruit top talent, and ensure daily execution of Floorsets and merchandising while delivering an exceptional guest experience that reflects the #AEOFamily culture.
