Premier Equipment is seeking a Branch Manager to lead Ontario’s largest John Deere dealer network across Parts, Service, Sales, and Admin. You will own full P&L; responsibility, drive quarterly wins, and resolve customer escalations with empathy.

This role requires building a high-performing team and embedding a solid culture across locations. You will guide strategic budgets, KPIs, and operations, while maintaining community presence and local engagement.
