This full-time role will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, HR program management, compliance with employment laws and safety legislation, and perks/compensation guidance.

You will drive HR initiatives, manage day-to-day operations, and lead talent development strategies to support organizational growth at our plant in Toronto.
