Canada Life is seeking a Director, Strategy to join the Workplace Advantages and Retirement division. You will lead enterprise and business unit strategic planning, drive growth initiatives, and partner across functions to shape and execute priorities.

You will work with senior stakeholders, develop compelling presentations and business cases, and advance go-to-market strategies for new and existing initiatives while building a high-performing, inclusive team.
