Mahogany Salon and Spa is looking for a mature, reliable and motivated individual to be the Supervisor of Housekeeping/laundry team in a full time capacity. They will be responsible to oversee both locations (Primarily in Carleton Place , but at times in Stittsville)

Position requirements:

- Management experience
- Working Supervisor
- Mature person available to work a variety of day, afternoon, evening shifts Example shifts = weekdays (7am-3pm/1pm-8pm) and/or weekend shifts (7am-3pm/12pm-5pm).
- Flexible attitude towards scheduling
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position - Must have the ability to withstand extensive standing, walking, squatting, kneeling and navigating stairs. Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs
- Must have reliable transportation to and from both locations
- Self starter with time management, and organizational skills
- Works well independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communications skills - reading, writing and oral
- Flexible, efficient, trustworthy, punctual and capable of working in a fast pace setting
- Keen eye for detail
- Training of staff, scheduling, recruiting, inventory counts, communications with linen company





Duties include but are not limited to: Mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, moving of furniture, collecting and receiving laundry, sorting in house laundry for washing and out sourced linens. Washing drying, folding and stocking linens in treatment rooms.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
