Lead the Integrated Case Management Team at Native Counselling Services of Alberta focused on supporting indigenous families with effective guidance. This role combines leadership, mentorship, and program oversight in a trauma-informed environment.
The Team
Lead will supervise and support frontline staff within the Integrated Case Management Team (ICMT).
Key responsibilities include caseload distribution, ensuring program compliance, and fostering a positive atmosphere for staff and clients facing complex challenges. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong commitment to indigenous values and cultural understanding. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day supervision and mentorship to ICMT staff
- Oversee caseload distribution and program coverage
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and safety protocols Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of Indigenous cultures and community practices
- Experience in supervision or leadership roles
- Understanding of crisis intervention and case management principles
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
