Core Responsibilities

- Client Consultation & Sales: Proactively engage with prospective and returning clients to assess their connectivity needs, recommending customized mobile hardware, service plans, and lifestyle accessories across the TELUS ecosystem.
- Precision Hardware Repair: Execute comprehensive device diagnostics, systematic troubleshooting, and precise hardware repairs—including screen, battery, and component replacements—on a diverse portfolio of modern smartphones and tablets.
- Revenue Generation:



Consistently achieve and surpass established key performance indicators (KPIs) and personal sales quotas, maximizing earning potential through our structured commission matrix.
- Device Onboarding & Configuration: Facilitate a frictionless transition for clients by managing device setup, secure data migration, cloud account configuration, and comprehensive product demonstrations.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain rigorous quality control standards in all repair workflows, manage inventory effectively, and adapt to the operational demands of a high-volume, premium retail environment. Adaptable availability, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications & Competencies
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in mobile hardware repair, micro-component replacement, and diagnostic troubleshooting is highly preferred.
- Sales Acumen: A proven track record in consultative retail sales, telecommunications, or client success, characterized by a persistent drive to exceed performance metrics.
- Professional Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills, possessing the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, actionable advice for a diverse client base.
