- Partner with Kindergarten teachers to plan engaging programs
- Develop environments enhancing children's growth and learning
- Communicate sensitively with children and parents
- Follow established policies and procedures diligently
- Manage stressful situations in line with guidelines Requirements:
- Early Childhood Education Diploma from a community college
- Membership with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)
- Six months of recent experience in early learning
- Knowledge of full-day kindergarten programs
