BC Hydro’s Island Generation (ICG) in Campbell River, BC, seeks an experienced Maintenance and Operations Manager to lead up to 10 unionized staff at a large thermal facility. You will supervise daily operations, uphold secure work practices, manage maintenance programs, and guide budget planning while ensuring regulatory compliance and environmental stewardship.

The role requires power engineering credentials (First Class preferred; Second Class with progression) and 10+ years in
