We are looking for an experienced T&L; (Time & Labour) Architect with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) to lead enterprise workforce management solutions.

? Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) solutions

- Design workforce management, time-entry, scheduling, and attendance processes

• Integrate OTL with Payroll, Absence Management, and other HCM modules

- Develop labour costing and compliance reporting solutions
- Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design discussions
- Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle HCM solutions
- Support testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production optimization
- Ensure solutions meet performance, compliance, and business requirements





? Required Skills
- 10+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience

• Solid expertise in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)

- Workforce Management and Time & Attendance
- Payroll Integration and Absence Management
- Labour Costing and Compliance Reporting
- Oracle HCM Cloud Architecture
- Business Process Design & Requirements Analysis
- Client Workshop & Stakeholder Management
- Enterprise Solution Delivery

? Preferred
- Enterprise-scale Oracle HCM Cloud transformation experience
- Multi-country/global workforce management experience
- Experience in regulated industries
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification
