The City of Brampton is seeking a Coordinator, Customer Experience to support Transit marketing and communications plans, projects, and campaigns, delivering high quality communications that enhance customer experience and the Transit brand.

Reporting to the Manager, Customer Experience, the role develops marketing materials, coordinates events, engages with internal teams and external partners, and represents Transit at forums and after-hours events.
