Duties

- Assist with daily cash flow monitoring and reconciliation to ensure accurate tracking of company funds
- Support the processing of payments, receipts, and bank transactions with precision and timeliness
- Help prepare reports related to investments, liquidity, and financial positions for management review
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of treasury transactions, investment portfolios, and banking activities




- Support the evaluation of short-term investment opportunities aligned with company policies
- Contribute to the preparation of audit documentation and internal control processes related to treasury operations

Qualifications

- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial services operations
- Prior experience or familiarity with investment processes is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with financial software is advantageous
- Ability to work proactively in a quick-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field is preferred but not mandatory
