We are currently looking for a full-time Dental Administrator/Treatment Coordinator to join our team for a maternity leave position until March 2028, with the potential to turn into a full-time permanent position for the right person.

The person taking this role must be willing to work at all 3 of our Archer Dental locations.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of dental experience
- Experience with treatment coordination and presenting dental treatment
- Comfortable communicating with patients and insurance companies
- Solid follow-up skills with both patients and insurance companies




- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Confident and friendly communication style
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Comfortable with general reception and administrative duties
- ABEL experience is preferred
