Key Responsibilities & Expectations

- ​Multi-Machine Mastery:



Fluidly operate excavators and other heavy equipment (loaders, dozers, or hydrovac support) with high efficiency.
- ​Leadership & Independence: Ability to lead a crew and manage project sites independently when required.
- ​Zero-Incident Utility Awareness: Flawless track record of safe digging, daylighting, and working around live municipal, gas, electrical, and fiber infrastructure.
- ​Versatility & Machine Care: Willingness to pitch in where needed, perform rigorous pre/post-trip inspections, grease daily, and maintain equipment as if it were your own.
- ​Grit & Grind: Must be willing and able to work long hours to meet project timelines.

​Requirements

- ​Ample Experience: Extensive, proven background operating heavy equipment in civil construction and utilities.
- ​Clean Driving Record: Valid license with a reliable abstract.
- ​Background Check: Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- ​Team Player: Positive attitude with a strong commitment to building and maintaining a safe, productive, and professional work workplace.
