Lights. Camera. Ideas. Let’s make some cool stuff.

We’re looking for a Videographer & Content Creator who knows their way around a camera, can turn a rough idea into something people actually want to watch, and gets a little too excited about good lighting.

You’ll be the creative force behind video, photography, motion graphics and other visual content that brings our brand to life. From coming up with the concept to filming, editing, adding the final polish and hitting “export” at an unreasonable hour; you’ll be involved from start to finish.

If you’re equal parts creative, technical and “I can probably figure that out,” we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing. Dream It. Shoot It. Edit It. Repeat.

You’ll take projects from “Hey, wouldn’t it be cool if…” all the way to finished content that makes people stop scrolling.

- Own the full production process — brainstorm concepts, build storyboards, plan shoots, film, edit and deliver the finished product.
- Get behind the camera — confidently operate professional cameras, lighting, audio, stabilizers and drones in all kinds of locations and environments.
- Make the edit sing — turn raw footage into polished, engaging videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and After Effects.
- Bring graphics to life — create motion graphics, animations, transitions and visual effects that add personality without making viewers wonder what just happened.
- Take great photos too — capture and edit photography for social media, websites, campaigns, presentations and whatever else needs a positive-looking visual.
- Design when needed — create supporting graphics and assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Lightroom.
- Work with the humans around you — collaborate with marketing, design and content teams to turn ideas into work everyone is excited to put their name on.
- Keep your creative radar switched on — stay curious about new tools, trends,

techniques and technologies, and bring the good ones into the mix.
- Occasionally perform creative miracles on a deadline. We’re joking. Mostly.

What You Bring We’re looking for someone who can make things happen, not someone who needs a 14-step approval process to change a font.

Experience & Creative Skills

- Proven experience as a videographer, content creator or similar creative professional, ideally in a commercial, agency or rapid-paced production environment.
- A portfolio or demo reel that makes us want to watch “just one more.”
- Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud — especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator and InDesign — or equivalent experience with Final Cut Pro.
- A strong eye for composition, lighting, colour, pacing, storytelling and all the little details that make content feel polished rather than “we made this five minutes ago.”
- Experience creating content for different platforms, audiences and formats.
- Solid understanding of photography, video production, editing and graphic design.

Gear You should be comfortable working with professional production equipment, including:
- Professional camera equipment
- Professional drone setup
- Audio/microphone equipment
- Portable lighting
- Stabilizers and other production accessories

You’ll need to own your own professional camera, drone, audio and lighting equipment. Drone & Driving Requirements

Because great content doesn't always happen in the office:

- Valid Drone Pilot Certificate (Basic or Advanced)

- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Comfortable travelling to client shoots and locations throughout the GTA

What We’re Really Looking For Beyond the software and gear, we want someone who:
- Is naturally curious and constantly looking for better ways to make things.
- Can take a vague idea and turn it into an actual creative concept.
- Is equally comfortable coming up with the idea and figuring out how to make it happen.
- Can juggle multiple projects without losing the plot — or the hard drive containing the final footage.
- Has strong organizational and project management skills.
- Works well independently but knows when to pull other people into the creative process.
- Cares about the details, while still knowing when to stop tweaking and actually hit Export.
- Brings energy, ideas and a sense of humour to the work.
- Isn't afraid to experiment, try something new and occasionally discover that the new thing was, in fact, a terrible idea. That's part of the fun.

Why This Role Is Different This isn't a role where you'll spend your days making the same video 47 times with slightly different text.

You'll have the opportunity to shape how our brand looks, feels and tells its story, across social media, campaigns, websites, presentations, client projects and beyond.

There will be cameras. There will be creative ideas. There will probably be a drone involved at some point.

Most importantly, there's room to make things.

If you're someone who sees a blank timeline and thinks “I know exactly what this needs,” we'd love to see what you've got.

Show Us What You Can Do

Send us your portfolio/demo reel along with your application to [email protected]. We want to see the work you're proud of the projects that made you think, “Yep. I made that.”

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
