Responsibilities

- Design and implement visually appealing displays that highlight key products and seasonal themes using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and SketchUp.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop visual concepts that support promotional campaigns and brand messaging.
- Plan store layouts and product placement to optimize traffic flow, sales, and customer engagement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of retail trends, competitor displays, and industry best practices to keep our visual presentation fresh and innovative.
- Manage the setup, maintenance, and dismantling of displays efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with store staff to ensure seamless execution of visual plans and timely updates of merchandising strategies.
- Utilize AutoCAD or similar software for detailed space planning and layout design when necessary.

Experience





- Prior experience in retail sales or visual merchandising is highly preferred, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer behavior and sales techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, along with SketchUp for 3D modeling is essential for creating compelling visual concepts.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software will enhance your ability to plan store layouts accurately.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and convey visual ideas clearly.
- Experience in using merchandising tools like Adobe InDesign for layout planning or Adobe Photoshop for image editing is a plus.
- A background in marketing or customer service can provide valuable insights into consumer preferences and display effectiveness.
