Time Commitment: Approximately 3-4 hours per month with more time needed closer to events

ARK aims to host 2-3 events per year to raise awareness and secure donations of funds and in-kind services and materials for much-needed home renovations. Our team is currently looking for Volunteer Event Team Members to help achieve seamless event execution. If event planning is something you are passionate about, we would like to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

- Assist the Events Team Lead in planning and executing fundraising events
- Support event logistics as needed
- Assist in sourcing and coordinating with external vendors and sponsors
- Assist with the physical setup and breakdown of event spaces
- Participate in monthly team meetings, briefings, and post-event debriefs
- Other duties as assigned by the Team Lead

What We’re Looking For:

- Prior event or hospitality experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move equipment or supplies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
