Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a positive attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including proper food safety practices and food preparation protocols.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues promptly.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions,



accommodating special needs, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor.
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking efficiently.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations.
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to support guest services and restaurant operations.
