Duties

- Experience operating a walkie pallet jack is required; experience with other types of forklifts is an asset.
- Accurately input and update inventory data into our database systems using computer skills and data collection techniques
- Support warehouse operations by organizing files, documents, and records related to inventory transactions
- Perform cleaning duties as needed, including sweeping, removing garbage, and clearing debris, to keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with physical inventory counts and reconcile data entries with actual stock levels
- Use Microsoft Excel to generate reports, analyze data trends, and support administrative tasks related to inventory management





Qualifications

- Walkie experiance or Forklift certificate
- Proven office experience with strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with databases
- Experience working with ERP systems or similar inventory management software is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for accurate record keeping
- Ability to type quickly and accurately to support efficient data entry tasks
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required
