Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be performing smooth warehouse operations, handling inventory, and operating heavy equipment to support our distribution processes. Your proactive approach will help us maintain a secure, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
Duties
- Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks and forklifts, to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying shipments and preparing items for dispatch
- Conduct order picking and fulfillment accurately to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Use warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, update records, and manage stock movements
- Perform packaging tasks to prepare products for shipment while maintaining quality standards
- Support warehouse distribution activities by load & unload operations and organizing stock in designated areas
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace by adhering to safety protocols and conducting routine equipment inspections
Requirements
- Mechanical knowledge and experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks and, forklifts, cranes, or order pickers
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift
- Basic understanding of shipping & receiving procedures and inventory management systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for order picking and packing tasks
