Key Responsibilities As a core Warehouse Associate at our Brampton, Ontario operations, you will work closely with supervisors, customer service representatives (CSRs), and client accounts to ensure efficient daily operations:

- Receiving & Inventory Control: Ensure all incoming goods are verified and accurately logged into the BPL WMS. Put away inventory in assigned locations safely, efficiently, and accurately.
- Order Fulfillment: Review and coordinate customer orders (pickups and deliveries) throughout the day. Pick, pack, and stage orders for prompt shipment.
- Auditing & Counting: Perform routine cycle counts and participate in full physical client inventory counts as required.
- Documentation & Administrative:



Collect inbound/outbound paperwork (PODs, backup documentation), scanning, filing, and processing records in a timely manner.
- Safety & Maintenance: Keep work zones clean, organized, and compliant with all workplace health and safety standards.
- Cross-Account Support: Assist management with daily warehouse activities and assist with secondary client accounts when primary tasks are up to date.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a 3PL, logistics, or warehouse setting.
- Software Skills: Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) and familiarity with WMS software.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs comfortably and remain on your feet throughout your shift.
- Forklift Certification: A valid counter-balance, reach truck, or order picker license is a solid asset.
- Core Competencies: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, solid time management, and a self-motivated drive with limited oversight required.
- Communication: Transparent written and verbal English communication skills for internal collaboration and external client interactions.
