We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Janitor & Light Maintenance Worker to join our team. In this versatile role, you will keep our warehouse, office spaces, and employee amenities clean, while managing seasonal outdoor groundskeeping and basic indoor maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Janitorial Duties:

· Warehouse Care: Sweep, mop, and operate floor scrubbers in warehouse aisles and loading dock areas.

· Office & Gym Cleaning: Vacuum carpets, dust desks, and clean glass doors in the main office area. Clean and sanitize exercise equipment, mirrors, and floors in the company gym.

· Restrooms & Breakrooms: Clean and sanitize staff washrooms, locker rooms, and lunchrooms daily.

· Waste Management: Empty garbage, recycling, and cardboard bins across all facility zones.

Seasonal Groundskeeping:

· Summer Lawn Care: Safely operate a zero-turn riding lawn mower to cut grass, trim edges, weed garden beds, and keep the exterior property tidy.

· Winter Snow Removal: Shovel snow, clear walkways, and apply salt/de-icer to entryways and emergency exits before staff arrive.

Light Maintenance Work:

· Building Upkeep: Perform minor repairs, including changing lightbulbs, patching drywall, and touch-up painting.

· Basic Repairs: Use hand tools to handle simple plumbing tasks (e.g., clearing clogged drains) and minor fixture adjustments.

· Safety Inspections: Routinely check fire extinguishers, emergency exit pathways, and first aid stations.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Experience:



1–2 years of experience in janitorial work, commercial office cleaning, or property landscaping.

· Technical Skills: Must be fully familiar with the safe use of standard hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, hammers, tape measures, etc.) for light maintenance work.

· Equipment Skills: Experience operating a zero-turn riding mower and basic power tools.

· Physical Stamina: Able to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and comfortably perform outdoor physical labor in both summer heat and winter cold.

· Gear: Must have your own certified safety shoes/boots upon hiring.

· Work Style: High reliability, attention to detail, and a strong focus on property safety.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
