List of Requirements

- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record; comfortable driving rental vehicles, including U-Haul moving trucks, when required.
- Able to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Basic knowledge of tools and minor repairs/maintenance
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to work independently and manage tasks without constant direction
- Reliable, efficient and self-motivated
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Warehouse, inventory, maintenance, delivery or similar hands-on experience is an asset
- Adaptable availability is an asset

List of Duties

- Organize and maintain warehouse and storage areas
- Receive deliveries and properly store incoming inventory
- Manage event rental inventory, including checking, counting and organizing returned items
- Load, unload and move equipment, supplies and rentals
- Assist with pickups and deliveries




- Complete basic maintenance and handy-person tasks, such as installing shelving and minor repairs
- Keep warehouse spaces clean, organized and functional
- Identify and implement more efficient storage and organization solutions
- Assist with event setup, takedown and transportation as needed
- Support other operational projects as required
- We are looking for a practical, organized and self-motivated person to support our warehouse, events and general operations.
- This is a hands-on role that would be a great fit for a jack-of-all-trades type of person — someone who enjoys keeping things organized, knows their way around basic tools, can problem-solve on the fly and is comfortable with physical work.
