Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a role in shipping feed to farmers and dealers across eastern Ontario. . This position requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Operate forklifts to handle product to put safely in final destination
- Proper labelling of feed, helping with inventory control
- Execute order picking and packaging duties with precision to meet customer requirements.
- Conduct lifting as necessary, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and cycle counts.
- Mechanical aptitude, able to help with basic maintenance and repairs

Qualifications





- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 88 pounds).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Full time Pay: $58,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
