As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims and return processes while actively supporting day-to-day warehouse activities. This is an in office position, with approximately 70% of your time dedicated to warehouse operations and 30% to administrative tasks related to warranties and claims.
Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
What you will accomplish with us:
- Manage submitted warranty claims, verify their accuracy, and ensure proper follow-up.
- Communicate effectively with manufacturers regarding warranty requests and claim resolutions.
- Oversee and track claims, returns, and credits with suppliers.
- Receive,
inspect, and store inventory and cylinders in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate a Reach forklift to safely move, organize, and store materials.
- Distribute materials and equipment to designated administrators.
- Coordinate equipment repairs and arrange shipments to authorized distributors for servicing.
- Prepare and ship supplier orders based on requests from internal teams.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and contribute to the effective organization of the warehouse.
What You Bring to Our Team:
- High school diploma.
- Experience in customer service, warranty administration, claims processing, or warehouse operations.
- Experience operating a forklift (certification is an asset).
- Comfortable using MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel) and SharePoint.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and positive team environment.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is required. The role involves regular interaction with internal and external Groupe Master stakeholders across Canada. Following an assessment, it was determined that no other solution would adequately meet these professional requirements.
