Point Click Care is seeking a Software Training Specialist to design and deliver high-quality trainings for customers, both online and onsite. You will leverage adult learning principles and AI-assisted tools to continuously improve content and outcomes.

You will collaborate with Product, Support, and Customer Success, mentor super users, and drive adoption while maintaining up-to-date knowledge on product enhancements and industry standards.
