Lead mental health services for youth at Our Place Peel as the Clinical Services Manager. Oversee crisis response and clinical interventions while fostering a supportive workplace.

In this full-time role reporting to the Director of Client Services and Wellness, you'll manage a team of clinicians to deliver vital services. Your experience in trauma-informed care, mental health, and addictions will guide the implementation of best practices and innovative programs.

You'll collaborate closely with both internal teams and community partners to foster healing and stability among vulnerable youth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee crisis response and clinical intervention services
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of clinicians
- Manage documentation of clinical activities rigorously




- Develop and implement training for staff competencies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethics

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role in social services
- Degree in psychology or social work, registration in good standing
- Knowledge of Ontario's mental health legislation
- Experience with youth mental health and addictions
- Valid driver's license for travel throughout Peel Region
