You'll coordinate mandatory training, manage employee safety records, and assist with workplace inspections. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and implement health and safety programs
- Conduct inspections and document compliance
- Manage WSIB documentation and claims processes
- Organize Joint Health & Safety Committee meetings
- Assist with administrative projects and payroll

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in Health & Safety or office administration
- Familiarity with Ontario health and safety requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
