Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of high-quality structures and equipment, supporting various construction, industrial, and manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine fabrication requirements
- Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding to join metal components accurately
- Use plasma cutting and press brake machines to shape and form metal parts according to specifications
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment safely and efficiently during fabrication processes
- Read calipers and other measuring devices to ensure precise dimensions and quality standards are met
- Rigging materials and equipment for lifting or assembly tasks using cranes or forklifts as needed
- Assemble fabricated parts into finished products or structures following detailed schematics and assembly instructions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in welding (MIG and TIG) within a manufacturing or construction environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge of tools, machinery, and fabrication processes
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Familiarity with plasma cutting, press brake machines, hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication tasks
- Knowledge of ductwork installation, assembly procedures, and construction practices is a plus
- Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely is preferred
- Experience with rigging, crane operation, schematics interpretation, and basic construction experience enhances your candidacy
