Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be proficient in various fabrication techniques. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. The Fabricator/Welder will be responsible for producing high-quality metal components that meet specifications and standards.

Duties

- Utilize machining techniques, including plasma cutting, to shape metal components accurately.
- Operate hand tools and equipment such as welders, calipers, and forklifts safely and effectively.
- Perform welding tasks on various materials, ensuring strong and precise welds.
- Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve fabrication processes.

Experience

- Proven experience in fabrication and welding is preferred.




- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements and angles.
- Familiarity with rigging techniques for moving heavy materials is advantageous.
- Experience operating manlifts, working with cranes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
