Fabricator/Welder

Overview

We are an agile, innovative, and leading Canadian manufacturer of complex pressure vessel systems for Oil & Gas and Petro-Chemical industries.

Our products are complex systems which require knowledge and mechanical aptitude. We are looking for a driven individual with attention to detail and a desire to advance their career.

Key Focus and Responsibilities

· Welding pressure vessels and piping spools using GTAW & FCAW

· Read and interpret drawings and weld symbols

· Ability to set up and adjust welding equipment per shop welding procedures

· Ability to prep and fit items for welding

· Proficient with hand and measuring tools

· Ensure all safety protocols are followed while maintaining a clean and orderly workplace

· Timely and professional communication with management

Qualifications and Experience

· 2+ years of experience as a welder / fabricator.

· Previously held TSSA weld tickets.

· Experience reading and interpreting drawings and weld symbols.

· Experience with metal fabricating tools and equipment.

· Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols.

· Flexible and adaptive in a professional environment

Pay: $34.00-$36.00 per hour
