SPS West is seeking a full time Welder/Fitter to support in-house fabrication of industrial equipment and assemblies. This hands-on, production-focused role requires strong TIG and MIG welding skills across carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Journeyman certification is not required; demonstrated skill, reliability, and pride in workmanship are essential. Responsibilities include welding on multiple materials, reading drawings, fabricating assemblies, and maintaining high-quality welds
